Sun West School Division
The Sun West School Division was created by the
provincial government on January 1, 2006..
...as part of the reorganization of school divisions
in the province. Sun West includes 6 former school
divisions and covers 25,600 square kilometres. On
September 30, 2007, enrolment in the Division’s 41
schools was 4,722 students. On both a full-time and
part-time basis, the Sun West School Division employs
a total of approximately 850 people.
